Brad Makwana an articulate individual with over 30 years experience in different work sector from Sales, Retail, Marketing and IT. Currently director of business development tasked with recruiting talented property consultants to add value to RE/MAX franchise in Shoreditch.

Having worked in the corporate sector for the last 15 years Brad brings to the business value that will benefit his agents in forming good practises and developing their knowledge through training. His long term aim is to achieve 80% of staff producing at 100% efficiency.

Brad holds a BSc (Hons) from Greenwich University in computer science, PGDip (Post Grad Diploma) in Advance Environmental and Energy Studies architectural post grad degree from CAT (Centre of Alternative Technology) based in Wales. As an individual he is highly motivated and customer focused with strong belief that success is a product of hard work and sacrifices.

Achieving a successful career within retail sector, marketing and advertising Brad moved into roles in IT as application and system support consultant. Now a director of business development within a RE/MAX Franchise, he is recruiting talented property sales consultants, who want to develop a highly profitable career with the largest global brand in the real estate business. Through coaching and training, agents will develop their career to that next level only achievable by the RE/MAX brands in house training programs.
